We're Hiring
REGISTERED NURSE
- The RN will provide direct patient care in various settings, follow established nursing protocols, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- The RN will also be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, educating patients and their families on health management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Should have a Registered Nursing license in Pennsylvania and current BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills in patient care, including medical assessment, treatment planning, and administration of medications
- Experience in healthcare environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, or schools is a plus
- Compassionate approach and dedication to providing high-quality patient care
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
- As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, and acute care environments.
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, documenting changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience working in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics, is advantageous.
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
- The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
- This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient health, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is highly preferred.
- Experience in critical care, long-term care, assisted living, or home care settings is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating compassion and empathy towards patients.
